1. Introduction
It is with the sincere sense of appreciation towards the opportunity rendered to me that I
pen down this statement; Education is a tool that puts one on a fast Track to acquire
knowledge and personality that sets one apart from the crowd. A fascination and keen
interested in the ever- growing world of technology motivated to take up my Engineering
My innate strengths have always been creativity and power of imagination that made me
take up a discipline, which would allow me to channel then in the best possible way and the
choice of electronics was the direct consequence of my convictions. This is the field in which
the success of any operation demands the presence of a thinking, creative individual. Hence
For under graduate studies i have opt for Electronic & Communication Engineering in Patel
College of Science and Technologies. After Engineering I joined a firm Transerve
Technologies where I worked approx 2 years as Ass Project manager. Working on different
projects during this time period has not only given me considerable experience but also
confident to work on difficult problems in organization. My expertise to the numerous
projects imbibed in me, an interest to pursue further education by which I can enhance my
knowledge & also my skills.
Projects
I have also worked on an undergraduate projects in the field of communication involved
designing named "Industrial Fault Monitering System". Working on this projects and
different other minor projects has not only given me considerable experience but also
confident to work on difficult problems. Rather then College projects I worked on many
different projects during my job ”RAPDRP , Water Resource Management” which
enhances my knowledge, skills and expertise & confident me to solve different kind of
problems.
Conclusion
It will provide me the intellectual stimulation, guidance and creative energy to work on the
cutting edge of technology in today’s computing field as well as with businesses, which
deals with computer-based information system. I wish to pursue these goals as my longterm professional aspiration is to put my footprints in the field of Information System
Design through contribution of original ideas and translating those ideas to develop high end
applications and products which helps improving people's lives. Using my innovation and
creativity I want to invent some cutting edge technology that will be beneficial in improving
people’s lives. In this endeavor, I hope to contribute significantly to the human society by
improving the quality of life and standard of living.
Education, the fundamental tenet I believe in, is an incessant quest for realizing the
enormous potential that an individual is inherently endowed with, through the medium of
fitting instruction. In its broadest sense, learning and education - a continuous journey of
discovery - enable the development of a person's capabilities as a complete individual, in a
direction where his gifts and talents lie.

2. Why do I need to take graduate course?
During my undergraduate years , I have observed on various occasions that there existed a
wide enough rift between learning and implementation at that level, to hugely distance an
Engineering Student from the Professional Engineer that he is meant to be. While the
undergraduate courses enable a student to grasp the fundamentals involved in a particular
discipline of Engineering, they do not present an opportunity to learn the ropes of the
technologies that are current within the industry. Therefore, while a Bachelor's degree
provides a sound alternative to taking a direct leap from Schooling fundamentals to industry
standards, it is still insufficient for an Engineer to make it out in the Professional world. I
feel the need to take up Graduate Study for the following reasons,
1. It would take me closer to the kind of technical expertise I require, to fulfill my
professional desires.
2. It would enable me to specialize and carry out research activities in one specific
area.
3. It would enhances my skills, knowledge and expertise to solve different kind of
problems.

Work Experience
1. Worked for Telecommunication Company named Meredian Infratel Pvt. Ltd. as
Trainee Engineer for 7 months.
2. Worked 2 Years for IT Company Named Transerve Technologies as Asst. Project
Manager.
3. Worked for Digital Communication Company named Tata Sky Ltd. As a Trainer
around three months.
In pursuit of these goals, I decided to apply to the Management Information Systems
program at Good University. I worked in different companies for three years at different
positions where I viewed the industry from the very limited perspective . My curriculum was
limited in the developing and some interacting relating to product to the business
managers. The idea of the core of the business related issues of an organization is
somewhat vague to me. I want to learn the entire process of the Information Systems
industry, which cannot be possible without gaining hands on experience as a business
professional and working 3 to 5 years at least to get a full overview of the Information
System business.

3. This is where the MIS program will help me. The MIS program deals with the study of
people, technology, and organizations and the relationships among them. The MIS
professionals help maximizing the business processes using information systems for data
management. And on the other hand i would also like to add that the essence of University
education lies in the synergetic relationship between the student and his department. I
feel that graduate study in the department of MIS will be the most logical extension of my
academic pursuits and a major step towards achieving my objectives.I am confident that a
graduate degree from University would augment and streamline my existing abilities and
help me realize my aspirations. University insightful curriculum, excellent faculty and a
unique blend of students from all walks of life seems a tailor made environment for my
personality. I feel the course of study is distinguished for its high level of academic
excellence and personal attention. I feel confident that the renowned faculty combined
with the excellent research facilities at University and it will surely enable me to gain my
objectives. I am very clear as to my career aspirations.
