performance of recruitmentactivities.
 Coordinate withrecruitingagenciesandrelevantsourcingchannelstoreachjobseekers.
 Manage the inductionof newemployeestoensure asmoothtransitiontothe new working
environment.
 In coordinationwithTrainingandDevelopment,maintainrelationshipswithexternal
academicand trainingproviderstoensure availabilityof adequate on-boardingdevelopment
programsfor employees.
 Developregularrecruitmentreportstothe HR departmentheadandseniormanagement.
 Create reportsto the CEO aboutthe statusof the candidates.
 Assistinpreparationof andreview new employmentcontracts,takingintoaccountlatest
