ASSISTANT RECRUITMENT MANAGER
As an Assistant Recruitment Manager with Webhelp, my role evolves around:
i. Managed full cycle recruitment activities for bulk/ mass/ volume hiring for Malaysia, Korea, Japan, Indonesia & Vietnam for B2C &
B2B Market.
ii. Driving the Employee Referral program in the entire APAC & SEA Region, & leverage the employees' networks.
iii. Fully responsible for Internal Job Posting (IJP) / Internal Mobility in entire APAC Region. We optimizing the internal talent mobility
process by providing the growth opportunities to the employees within the organization.
IJP MANAGEMENT:
o Overseeing the IJP process, ensuring it's efficient and transparent. Conducting interviews and assessments for internal candidates.
o Collaborating with department heads to identify suitable candidates for internal promotions or transfers.
o Reviewing and assessing internal applicants' qualifications and performance to determine their suitability for the posted roles.
EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM:
o Developing and implementing an effective employee referral program to attract talent through current employees' networks.
o Promoting the referral program within the organization to encourage employee participation. Reviewing and tracking referral submissions,
