Sephora brand offers beauty products to its customers
across different countries in the world.
The products offered include the following: makeup, skincare,
body, fragrance, nail color, and hair care among others.
TARGET
AUDIENCE
The target audience for Sephora brand is women, definitely, whose age ranges from 18-55.
with a small portion dedicated to the male audience.
One section of the store targets audience between the age of 15-20, another one ranges
between the age of 25-30, and finally we have that of between the age 35-50+.

Improve customer experience by providing
quality products that meet the customers’.

I. Creating content to make customer’s favorite
hard-to-find products online.

through online by use of our websites.

  • 2. Sephora brand offers beauty products to its customers across different countries in the world. The products offered include the following: makeup, skincare, body, fragrance, nail color, and hair care among others.
  • 3. TARGET AUDIENCE The target audience for Sephora brand is women, definitely, whose age ranges from 18-55. with a small portion dedicated to the male audience. One section of the store targets audience between the age of 15-20, another one ranges between the age of 25-30, and finally we have that of between the age 35-50+.
  • 4. BIG IDEA Improve customer experience by providing quality products that meet the customers’. expectations I. Creating content to make customer’s favorite hard-to-find products online. II. Ensure customer service 24hours. III. Marketing of the products can be done through online by use of our websites. IV. Promotions will be done to our customers.
  • 5. KPIs Expected goals: Succeed in the market and be the best known store for the supply of Sephora. • Open retail shops for the supply of the brand across the surrounding areas as well as other different places away from the main supplier. • Plan to expand internationally.
