This study evaluated the expression of the AMHR2 and C-kit receptors in cervical tissue samples from 70 Chinese women infected with HPV16. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect HPV16 and immunohistochemical staining was used to examine AMHR2 and C-kit expression. The study found that both receptors were expressed in cervical cancer tissue samples at varying intensities, from weak to extremely strong. The results suggest that AMHR2 and C-kit may serve as biomarkers for early cervical cancer screening and could provide ideas for new treatment options by targeting these receptors in tumors that express them.

cervical cancer The pathogenic factor is the (HPV),
especially the high-risk type HPV16.
Uyghur women are one of the highest
risk groups to present cervical cancer,
whose morbidity and mortality are much
higher than other ethnic groups.

3. The receptors AMHR2 and C-kit were reported to have some links with cervical cancer’s
occurrence and development
AMHR2
It’s a receptor for the Anti-Müllerian hormone.
A study showed that AMH inhibited growth of
cervical cancer cells through cellular
apoptosis. In this way, targeted therapy may
be feasible in AMHR—expressing cervical
tumors in the future.
C-KIT
It´s a receptor for the SCF (steam cell
factor) that appears in embryonic and fetal
stage in humans. It’s reported to appear in
several kinds of cancers and has been
reported to promote tumor development.

Evaluating the expression rate of
AMHR2 and c-Kit in cervical samples
from women who had been infected
with HPV16 through Polymerase
chain reaction (PCR) and
immunohistochemical staining
They also evaluated whether they could serve as
biomarkers for screening early stage of cervical cancer
to find ideas about new treatment options.

Antecedentes de cáncer previo y de cirugía

13. Conclusion
It’s important to know the expression of these receptors so efective
treatmets can be found to treat this kind of patiens given that this tipe
of cancer affects lethally women from China
The expression of cancer in different tissues related to the same
sistem present’s different characteristics such as shown in ovaric and
cervical cancer, in those, the expression of the AMRH2 differs
considerably.
