PROBLEM DEFINITION:

       Increase in demand has led to cost increases.
       To maintain the business model because of the threat from increase in the prices.


       ANALYZING THE ALTERNATIVES:


               Increase the quality of the batteries so that they can increase the life of the battery
               and the usage of the battery.
               increase the promotional activities , campaign more in the rural market,
               identifying potential buyers , training the local technicians, installers and service
               personnel.
               Obtain good contacts for disseminating information and provide finance to enter
               into new markets.
               Finance the customers by the company itself instead of partnering with rural
               banks, micro financers and leasing companies.

RECOMMENDING A SOLUTION

Increase the quality of the battery so that they can increase the life of the battery and finance by
the company itself

Advantage : can differentiate itself with the competitors .
