This document provides an overview of vascular pulmonary diseases, including pulmonary embolism, pulmonary hypertension leading to cor pulmonale, and hemorrhagic syndromes such as Goodpasture syndrome, idiopathic hemosiderosis, and Granulomatosis with polyangiitis. The objectives are for students to understand these vascular lung conditions and their characteristics by the end of the session.
