The two boys, Joel and Luke, return home on a sunny day in North London and ask Joel's mother if Luke can stay over. Joel's mother agrees but tells the boys they cannot go to the park that evening after something happened there last weekend. Despite Joel's protests, she insists they must stay in for the night. Joel and Luke then head upstairs.

In the suburbs of North London, the sun is shining.
INT. Joel and Luke walk through the door.
Joel
Yeah I know, I didn’t think Zoe would have actually said
that to Josh.
Luke
I think that she would have –
Amanda
How was school boys?
Joel
It wasn’t too bad, is it ok if Luke stay over tonight?
Amanda
Oh yeah that’s fine, but I don’t want you boys going out to
the park tonight after what happened at Grove park last
weekend.
Joel
But mum –
Amanda
No, you have to stay in tonight.
Joel
Ah whatever, come on Luke lets go upstairs
Luke and Joel start strolling towards the stairs.
