2. I manipulated this image by
using polygonal lasso tool to
outline the edges of the
image and to crop the
background out. Also, I was
not able to cut out the blue
background when outlining
the guitar, otherwise it
would have cut the end of it
off. So I had to use the clone
stamp tool to transfer the
colour of the white
background to the blue
background.
3. This is the original
image that has not
been manipulated
in any way shape or
form
In this screenshot, I
Found an image of a dark,
rock styled wallpaper and
applied it to the
background of my models.
This fits in with my genre
and looks unique and
interesting as opposed to a
plain white, block colour.
In this final screenshot,
I got rid of the white
outline using the
paintbrush tool to
neaten the image up.
4. For this image manipulation, I changed the colour of the guitar from a light
brown to a dark brown/black colour. This is so that it fits more into my chosen
genre of Rock. Also, the dark colour of it, links with the models dark clothing
and the house colours of my magazine.
