2. I started with a blank
background because I wanted
to add things on top of it. The
colour black is suitable to do
this because you can add any
colour on top of it and they
wont look out of place. I used
the paint bucket tool to do
this as this tool covers the
whole page in one click.

3. In this screenshot I have added
two photos and a white box. I
cropped and edited the photos,
I used the colour balance tool
to change the tone of the photo
to a more blue like tone. The
white box was created by the
rectangle tool, I put this there
so I could out writing on top of
it.

4. In this screen shot I have added
the main title and the sub-titles.
For the main title I used the text
tool and the eraser tool to add the
broken effect on some of the
letters. I have kept to the colour
scheme of blue, white, black and
yellow so everything comes
together. To create the sub-titles I
used the text tool and the stroke
tool to make them stand out.

5. I then added text onto the white box.
This text consists on what is on the
pages of the magazine. I made the
numbers blue and the text black.
This made it look effective and part
of the page. To do all this I used the
text tool as it allows me to place text
where ever I wanted to on the page.

6. To complete my contents page I
added another title at the bottom
which has a phrase which says
‘how well do you know bring me
the horizon’. This text was next to
a sub-title that says unplugged
quiz and the page number. To do
this I used the type tool.
