Recovery Officer & Field Operations Support
Responsible for the performance and collection activities on charged off assets within the 82 store
organization. Analyzed all charged off account files and prepared a detailed report for senior
leadership through evaluation for fraud and ensuring company policies are being executed.
Responsible for reporting to credit agencies as required and documenting all call results.
