The client is a market leader specializing in easy to use workflow management software. The solutions are
technologically innovative and provide comprehensive, flexible and best value solutions.

Workforce Management software provides a comprehensive suite of management tools to reduce labor costs,
improve organizational efficiencies, enhance employee communication and optimize the performance of the
workforce across locations.
PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS
The client specializes in Time and Attendance, Rostering / Scheduling and Organisation Software.
Their solutions have been successfully implemented in over 15,000 sites worldwide in various
vertical markets.
The Solution / Product being discussed, is a Workforce Management Software that provides lower
staff labor costs while increasing productivity.
Client was looking for a highly specialized
software product engineering company. They
needed a partner who could work as an
extended team and follow the solution roadmap
to deliver the changes on time.
Another very important requirement was to
maintain exactly the same design & navigation
aspects of the desktop version. Most
importantly, overlap with the Australian time
zone was critical to ensure quick escalation &
seamless communication process.
Key Highlights of the approach
PSI analyst and architect developed thorough
understanding of the project during require-
ment gathering and analysis phase.
PSI team prepared all the essential documents
like SRS, SDS, FDD, TDD and MPP.
PSI team regularly interacted with the client for
document reviews and sign-offs.
The client could monitor the work progress
through the live links at each project milestone.
The project was delivered within the stipulated
time frame with comprehensive unit, system &
performance testing.

To include major aspects of the organizational hierarchy, resource, time & labor management and
Resource Scheduling in the software.
To deliver a stable web based version of the product for greater market reach, backed with robust
architecture to enable high performance.
Maintain the design & navigation aspects of the application’s desktop version for familiarity, usability &
richness of the UI.
Overlap with the client country’s time zone was critical for quick escalation & seamless communication
process with the client.
The major challenge was to precisely maintain the same design & navigation aspects of the existing desk-
top software version.
Minimal number of bugs/issues reported against the delivered releases.

the Workforce Management Solution software.
