in coordination with markets.
 Responsible for phase in/phase out/transfer of articles in terms of planning,
communication and coordination of activities.
 Responsible Sales MIS
 Sales Analysis for trends by article , region , category etc
 Calculation of FC error for Pan India, Zones, Articles.
 Coordination with Production Planning for 3 months rolling Plan
 Tracking of non-Moving Stocks.
 Market sales proposal based on continuous planning for 5 weeks and a proposal for
the next 3/12 month.
 Continuously monitoring of the FC modification as well as the unconfirmed demand
and total optimization together with NSM and the SCP team.
 Decision about priorities of unrealizable demands within the defined scope (Shortage
Management).
 Ensure delivery reliability per article for all orders in all markets.
 Proactive information about market organizations ,in terms of delivery situation
(unplanned shortage)

 Monitoring and reporting the M & R expenses every month as per the budget allotted.
