This document summarizes a research study about consumer satisfaction and behavior regarding medicinal herb cream products in Bangkok, Thailand. The study surveyed 410 consumers who had purchased Beauty Queen herbal cream products. The results found that most consumers were female, aged 30-39, had a bachelor's degree or higher, were married, worked in a private company, and earned 20,001-30,000 Thai Baht per month. Most consumers bought the herbal cream to nourish their skin and only purchased it once at an average cost of 1,581.70 Thai Baht. The study found that product satisfaction had the strongest relationship with total consumer satisfaction, followed by satisfaction with purchase location, price, and safety.
