Key Deliverables:
• As a Process Consultant on-boarding new clients, Also migration/Integration of new/existing clients onto ITSM tools like
Service Now.
• Initial review of BOM (Bill of Material) & SOW (Scope of Work) to understand client requirements and contract validation.
• Entire process would include onsite/offsite Process workshops for required modules, Data upload, UAT, Process Trainings
and Documentation before a handover to HCL operations team.
