ACHIEVEMENTS:-
 Product Developments & Innovation at SRIL:-
o Develop and Implement current Standing Seam profile from Safzip 400 to Safzip 500 make
some setting arrangement at machine, this will save 9-10% per Sq. mtr. Project cost as
compare to previous width profile. New width Profile was fully tested at factory for negative
wind load test, and successfully passed structural performance test.
o Design, develop and implement of new products -Solar Clamps for Solar Module fitting on
already installed roof sheets, the best design to get maximum pull load at minimum cost
and gripping area.
o Project on same developed solar clamps testing on suitable profiles, make the method and
implemented at factory with minimum cost and accurate results for negative load/ Pull Load
on clamps.
o Develop and implement to check structural performance for profiles “negative wind load
testing methods” which helps to get results on fast, accurate and at low cost, drive load
table for all profiles.
o To improve existing packing method for Clip Lock Roofing, with new designed method to
reduce Transportation Cost to 30% and improve packing quality & Transit Safety.
o Improvement in Design of Existing Clip Lock -Saflok Clip, Development and resource same
clip locally to save company cost 40%.
o Improvement in regular design of system accessories & T- Clip for Standing Seam Profile
to improve quality & strength.

o Design & develop Clip-Lok Clip for Group Companies in SA, SAFLOK 410 successfully
processed & accepted.
o Design and Development of Industrial Ridge Type Ventilator.
o Develop with improved design of Industrial Louvre for air ventilations and same design in
polycarbonate with metal Louvre for lighting & ventilation.
o Design & Development of Notching die set for Specific Type Profile Ridge, Notches at fixed
interval for different profiles at minimum cost.
o Design & Development of Branded surface protection film, to give precise information.
o Design & Develop Fixture attachment with all profiling machines for use of surface
protection film on roofing material, at minimum cost.
o Design & Develop “branding Idea” on continuous basis for branding on white HDPE
packing material it helps to improve material storage at customer & best way of branding.
