2. Present job responsibilities
• Operation cum maintenance of LDA (Low Density Aggregate) &
Briquette plant.
• Raw material handling system of LDA, Briquette & Ferro chrome
production.
• Independently operate the plant through PLC.
• Man power (Both workers and casual labors) arrangement for the
shift.
Previous job responsibilities
• Operation of Vertical Roller Mill (PFEIFFER MPS 4250 B) for
limestone grinding 340 tph capacities.
• Operation of Vertical Roller Mill (PFEIFFER MPS 2800 BK) for coal
grinding.
• Operation of kiln with single string preheater with grate cooler of 4000
TPD of plant (FLSmidth).
• Preparation of notification through SAP.
• Maintain quality of product through SPC.
• Flow measurement of all fan .temperature measurement of all required
section, pressure measurement of the duct etc.
• Measurement of flue gas composition.
• Operation of belt conveyor, bucket elevator, air slides,
Stacker and reclaimer etc.

• 5 Years and 8 months of experience in production/ process field.
