.Conducting Consumer activation programmers like wet sampling, sampling, taste campaigns
and participation in fairs and trade fairs.

*Meeting the target customers, making ASE/ISR/RSRs work for effective promotion of sales
strategies.
*To achieve The Sales Target of Primary and Secondary in particular.
*Appointing good and financially sound parties for distribution- ship.
*Keep track on filed force reporting and analyzing the off-take trackers from key outlets.
*Devising & initiating local strategies as per market needs to keep competition of performance
among team members going on and tracking the same on day to day basis.
