PowerPoint can be a useful tool in the classroom for teachers to present information to students and for students to create their own presentations, as it allows the inclusion of multimedia elements like audio, video, animations and graphics. PowerPoint enables teachers to create reusable materials and model motivational uses of multimedia for students. When students use PowerPoint for assignments, it gives them a sense of accomplishment and helps develop their public speaking skills.

program that students can learn to easily use.
• You can use all sorts of neat multimedia with
powerpoint including
audio, video, animations, graphics, tutorials, r
ecordings and other goodies.
• Teachers use it to present information to
students and they can take notes too.

3. • Everyday I use PowerPoint to give instructions
and tell stories to students that model the
motivating use of multimedia. I show them
what to do and how to do it.
• With PowerPoint I can create materials at
home and and then use them over and over
again each year.
