8. PRODUCTION
• BC 50 % ,their production quantity is 80 MT and they were in loss
by 661 RS/ MT. ( Exhibit 3)
• BC 33 % , production 85 MT, profit 1318 RS/MT. (Exhibit 3)
• Third party cost 825 RS/MT ,Own Production 710 RS/MT.

9. RECOMMENDATIONS/ CONCLUSIONS
• They should open their own production plant.
• Distribution centre should be in Gaya. (Exhibit 7)
• They should Hire a marketing manager.
• They can tie up with finance company and can provide the loan for
poultry farm.
• Use latest poultry technology such as BAUER flex.
• Optimal utilization of nutrient resulting in battery growth
