Vendors' stalls are usually located outdoors or under a roof
which is easily accessible from the street. They have low-
cost seating facilities which are sometimes rudimentary.
Their marketing success depends exclusively on location and
word-of-mouth promotion.
Street food businesses are usually owned and operated by
individuals or families and 94% of vendors are male and
88% of vendors have their own capital to continue their
business but benefits from their trade extend throughout
the local economy. For instance, vendors buy their fresh
food locally, thus linking their enterprises directly with
small-scale farms and market gardens

To make the chotpoti & fuchka spices they use
barle, pachforon, groom
mosla, darucheni, potato, golmorich, red chilli
powder, tamarind etc.
For jhalmuri they use oil, lemon, branch, vetch etc.

to pay a limited amount of money for this.

are off they cannot sell their product.

Interpretation:
From the survey we see that according to the students of
intake 24 section 5, the students mostly prefer
Fuchka, Choap, Chotpoti, Vhel-
puri, Jhalmuri, Puri, Somucha, Shingara. They also prefer
peazu, burger, ice-cream, French fries, chicken
fries, cake, vegetable role, tea, coffee, badam, boiled
egg, banana, biscuit, etc.
Some people eat seasonal street food like
vhapapitha, chetoipitha.
18. Prices of street foods
Interpretation:
There are many types of street food and their prices are
different from each other. Each street food contained
each price. From the survey we got some prices of street
food such
as, 3tk, 5tk, 15tk, 20tk, 25tk, 30tk, 40tk, 90tk, 150tk etc.
According to it the minimum price of street food is 3tk and
the maximum is 150tk.

month
Interpretation:
According to the survey, in a month they spend
50tk, 70tk, 100tk, 150tk, 200tk, 300tk, 600tk, 700tk and
maximum 1000tk on street food.

Interpretation:
According to the survey, they eat street food
because it’s too cheap and easily affordable, too
much tasty and its can found easily that’s why they
like it very much.

According to the survey, the most favourite
street food is Fuchka, Jhalmuri, Chotpoti and
Vhel-puri.
