AIRPORT HANDLING
Location at Kuala Lumpur Airport,
Malaysia..
AIRPORT HANDLING
Location at Billund International
Airport, Denmark..
Grooming
 We are the people
representing our
airline henceforth we
have to be well-
groomed.
 First Impression is
the Last Impression.
 Take short breaks
between flights
&check that you are
well groomed.
Ticketing
 Ticketing counter is
the first place where
the passenger comes
in direct contact with
us.
 Give the Best deal to
the passengers and
always reconfirm
their ticket details
before issuing the
ticket.
Check-In.  Greet the pax with a
smile and welcome
them
 Check their baggage
and give them
boarding cards
 Give them seat
according to their
preference.
 Guide the pax to
security check &
assist if required.
Baggage Screening.  The system facilitates 3-
level baggage control.
At the first level
computer-based
equipment automatically
detects, if prohibited
articles or substances
are hidden in baggage.
Detecting a bag with the
potentially prohibited
article or substance,
bag’s X-ray picture with
a highlighted suspicious
sector is transmitted to
the second level
monitors for aviation
security operator’s
inspection.
Baggage Screening.  Operator has to decide
either to move baggage
apart from conveyor, if
it is dangerous or
suspicious, or to let it
reach baggage collection
premises. If operator
decides that baggage
requires additional
control, bag and its X-
ray picture is delivered
to the third level for a
separate screening. If
suspicions still remain,
operator makes a
decision to open and
inspect bag’s content in
its owner’s presence.
