Effective Internet Strategy For Your Nonprofit4Good.org
This webinar shows how any nonprofit can develop and execute an Internet strategy to further its mission. We’ll examine how nonprofits are using the Internet, how they’d like to be using the Internet, and how they should be using the Internet (but may be unaware of) – and how to bridge that significant gap easily and quickly. You’ll learn how to drive more traffic to and fundraising through your site. We’ll give specific suggestions on how you can improve your website so it will offer lots for your website visitors to SEE and lots for them to DO.
How to Build Relationship and Achieve Fundraising Success in a Web 2.0 WorldCAMT
Establishing your organization’s brand and presence on the Web, with opportunities for potential donors to learn, blog, question and connect, leads to community-building and, ultimately, long-term giving. Join Jono Smith, director of marketing at Network for Good, to learn how to build affinity for your organization and use your Web presence to turn Web visitors into Web donors.

How do we get from #offtowesternu and the first day of school, to #purpleandproud families three generations deep? Three parts story-telling, season liberally with video loops - and ask your audience to say "when". You’ll need a kitchen built for teamwork, and the right tools will make your job a lot easier.
Western’s community-first approach to social media brings together more than 100 staff and faculty through meet-ups, “bootcamp” and ambassador training plus a campus-wide Hootsuite implementation.
This was created in my time at Kelton Global as the start to a larger project on "slacktivism." The goal of this piece was to provide insight into the effects of technology on charitable giving.

Integrating Social Media and Mobile Marketing ProgramsPaul Redfern
A presentation at the July 2010 STAFF conference. Hear how Gettysburg and St. Olaf Colleges are using Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr and LinkedIn to increase word-of-mouth marketing and to integrate these new tools into a traditional communications strategy. You have heard about these smart phones how do you also take advantage of the mobile revolution? But most importantly how do you measure the results?
The Children’s Trust marks 15 years of service to the children and families of Miami-Dade County with this special annual report. Join Firstgiving’s James Campbell and Sheila Wenger of the Angelman Syndrome Foundation for this informative session on fundraising online beyond the simple donate button. Strategy & Development Guide - The Bridge SchoolMariya Anderson
Please note this disclaimer about the PPT - we ended up not using it at all, but it doesn't mean it wasn't a useful exercise for determining our current positioning. What was particularly helpful to me was: (1) understanding our shortcomings in segmenting our audience and communicating with each of the four stakeholder groups through specific channels and unique messaging, and (2) assessing the weak points in our marketing funnel (using the traditional marketing funnel framework).
I think it's really easy to underestimate the importance of clear communication strategy and understanding of "lead generation" (yes, even non-profits should have a lead generation and "user" retention strategies). It's not a perfect document, but it was certainly helpful.
