Coccidoxenoides perminutus (Timberlake) (Hymenoptera: Encyrtidae) is solitary endoparasitoid
associated with mealybugs. Parasitoid having very good biocontrol potential against Phenacoccus
solenopsis Tinsley and Maconellicoccus hirsutus (Green) (Hemiptera: Pseudococcidae). The
parasitoid affected by several pesticides sprayed on vineyards for the control of pest species.
Bioassay of nine different pesticides through dry film method was conducted in the laboratory by
using adults and pupae of parasitoid. Among tested pesticides Spirotetramate and Horti Impact
caused high mortality of adult parasitoid and similarly these pesticides also found toxic towards
adult emergence of parasitoid. Whereas, drenching of Imidacloprid and Clothianidin cause
moderate mortality of parasitoids emerged from cocoons. The emerged parasitoids from treated

down the ideal house and making it our home was thrilling, yet short lived.

This past week, I had the opportunity to experience a magnificent play called Born Yesterday by
Garson Kanin. This performance was the third of three plays I saw at the Arizona Repertory
Theatre. The other two plays were Epic Proportions by Larry Coen and David Crane and Hands
on a Hardbody by Doug Wright. These were the first plays I have been to, not only while attending
the University of Arizona, but in my generation as a teenager. All together, these performances were
amazing and have brought a newly improved insight to my perception of theatre. The hard work and
dedication by the actors, directors, producers, cast members, and sound developers were absolutely
incredible and I have tremendous respect for their efforts during the overall sequence of producing

To Tree Islands in the Florida Everglades
The topic of this research paper will be the tree island communities in the Florida Everglades and
the different conditions that affect them. While conducting preliminary research on the topic, my
hypothesis is that the effect of flooding shortly after a fire will have a positive effect on the tree
islands. I believe that the flooding will bring in other resources that have been carried with the
current and provide the community with enough resources for healthy growth following the fire. I
believe the communities could benefit from have a source of water, instead of having more

Comparison of Two Mathematics Curricula Math teachers have become increasingly disenchanted
with the traditional materials they are forced to teach due to the existing California standards. The
goal of the teachers is not that they need to change the standards, but there needs to be a better
curriculum to adequately bring students up to those standards. Current curricula follow the letter of
the standards that California has implemented, but they sometimes seem to be based on nothing
substantial which would give credibility to the course of study. If a curriculum is developed to meet
a set of standards, that is exactly what it will do. However, the goal should be to not only meet but
to exceed the stated standards; or, at the very least, give students the ability to go beyond the
standard. In this argument, the California standards are the lowest rung of the ladder that the state
should encourage students to climb. Yes, the student will have a basic understanding of
mathematical concepts if they meet the standard, but they will not have any impetus to reach
