Job Profile is given below:
 Recruitment:-
1. Handling global recruitment for International branches of Indorama group like Indonesia, Nigeria and Senegal
(S.A).
2. Handling placements of Professionals for Petrochemical industry, Fertilizer, and Mining.
3. Head Hunting and Sourcing profiles from the different job Portals and in-house Databank.
4. Short-listing scrutinizing the profiles as per the current requirements.
5. Posting the requirements in the major jobs sites like Naukri.com & Monster .com.
6. Periodic maintenance of these requirements.
7. Identify prospective candidates according to skills required.
8. Initial screening of the profiles Conducting Personal Interview and Telephonic Interview with the candidate (to
confirm availability and validate communication skills, Project experience, cost and other related factors).
9. Convincing the candidates on perspective offers, terms and conditions of the company.
10. Follow up with the selected candidates.
 Post-Recruitment -:
1. Preparation of Appointment Letter of selected employee
2. To do all joining formalities like- Induction, Medical bill reimbursement, Travelling reimbursement, preparations
of new employee files and maintain the data in records.
3. Arrangement of their visa formalities and coordinating with the Travel agent.
 Job analysis-:
1. Understand requirements of different functional group
2. Analysis, Define and update Job Description based on inputs from different function group
3. Preparation of appointment letter format and job description for our client.
 Administration-:
1. Maintain office administration.
2. Hotel Booking.
 8 weeks Summer Training in “Recruitment and selection” at “India Bulls Real Estate, Head office,
