Worked with TE Connectivity as Senior German Associate – Order Management
(Sep 2013 – Dec 2016)
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for leading & handling end to end activities of Order
Management for critical customers and major distributors.
• Responsible for communication on deliveries and ad hoc requests for
German customers. (Language dependency)
• Handling of critical transactions such as Orders and Change Orders that
were in German language.
• Single point of contact for German specific activities.
• To make sure the team targets and SLA’s are met regularly on a monthly
basis.
• Manage cases as per the aging in Sales Force Dot Com (CRM Tool)
• Manage support of e-commerce systems including on-line literature
requests, dispatching direct customer quote requests, completing quote
requests from indirect customers.
• Transcription and manual entry of customer purchase orders into SAP order
management system on a daily basis.
• Responsible for handling end to end Backlog management activities such as
unconfirmed Orders, Past Due Orders, Orders on a potential risk etc… for all
the distributors on daily and weekly basis.
• Working on Proactive Pull in of Sales Orders in order to meet customer
requests on daily and weekly basis.
• Working with supply chain and MRP controllers to ensure timely deliveries
to the customers.
• Forecast entry, Order acknowledgements, Order changes, Consignment
Orders are some of the transactions entered in SAP systems as part of the
daily tasks.
