• HSE Officers – a significant jump of 30-35% year on
year after a small drop the previous 12 months
• A small downturn (4%) with HSE Advisor/Coordinators
–after three consecutive years of incremental growth
• HSE Manager Remuneration has remained stable in
the last 12 months (-2%)
• After increases in 2013 (15%) and 2015 (9%) National
HSE Manager have softened slightly (1-2%)
• GM HSE - three years of stability followed by a 9%
decrease
