Thomas Barmüller of the Mobile Manufacturers Forum gave a presentation on SAR reporting for mobile phones. He discussed the SAR limit for mobile phones, two phases of SAR reporting by manufacturers, and a survey of consumer awareness of SAR in 9 countries. The second phase of SAR reporting will expand previous efforts and include an additional SAR section in user manuals, the development of the SAR-Tick website as an information resource, and modification of existing SAR text in manuals. The changes aim to better inform consumers about SAR and address politically driven discussions on the topic.
Radio signal health a digital artefact for erick njuriErick Njuri
This digital artifact is targeting persons who may be interested in knowing more about the status of radio signal health in Kenya. The document only gives a guideline as to what the country has done and also gives guidance on the recommended sources of information. More detailed information can be found in the WHO and ITU websites provided in the presentation.
MOBILE TOWER RADIATION IMPACT ON BIOLOGICAL IMPAIRMENTIAEME Publication
Mobile Phone usage has increased exponentially across the globe in the past two
decades and to deliver proper signal strength, the number of mobile phone towers is
also increasing globally, creating widespread speculation and concern among both
the cell phone users and non-users alike. In this paper, a detailed account of the
various biological effects of mobile tower radiation on humans and the norms adopted
in different countries has been conferred. Furthermore, various case studies and
surveys from around the world relevant to this issue have been discussed to put forth
the alarming status of the mobile tower radiation.
According to WHO: Eelectromagnetic fields of all frequencies represent one of the most common and fastest growing environmental influences, about which anxiety and speculation are spreading. All populations are now exposed to varying degrees of EMF, and the levels will continue to increase as technology advances. A wide range of environmental influences causes biological effects. 'Biological effect' does not equal 'health hazard'. Special research is needed to identify and measure health hazards.
At low frequencies, external electric and magnetic fields induce small circulating currents within the body. In virtually all ordinary environments, the levels of induced currents inside the body are too small to produce obvious effects.
The main effect of radiofrequency electromagnetic fields is heating of body tissues.

The design and implementation of a Man Go Pack are to build a combination of a Manpack radio and a Go kit in one package. The design of the Man Go Pack for Emergency Communication EmCom follows the design principle of building a device that is portable and can be operated in any condition and situation. From the results and findings, it was noted that the construction of the manpack is easy but needs smaller and light integral devices to make it more compact. The device will work to almost all of the amateur band, commercial, and marine frequency. Weather channels such as from the NOAA can also be monitored on the device. The device can be operated as both Manpack for portable operations and also as a field radio in a Go kit configuration. The device can be simply deployed in an emergency situation especially when normal communication infrastructure failed during the disaster. With the low cost of construction, the device is highly recommended for the Local Government Unit Emergency Communication Device. The LGU’s can also be developed or build a similar device for emergency communication purposes. The device can be used as portable and field operation for amateur radio hobbyists in pursuing distant contact or DX. Dexter M. This aim of this paper is to investigate the specific absorption rate (SAR) distribution in a human head by
using the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) calculations, due to exposure to EMF radiation from a
mobile phone at frequencies 900 MHz Mobile Phone model with a λ/2 monopole antenna and a hand head

head was 5 mm. To simplify the FDTD simulation, the SAR in the head was calculated without the effect of
the human body. It was found that the SAR induced in the head decreases with the distance from the

At its core, generative artificial intelligence relies on the concept of generative models, which serve as engines that churn out entirely new data resembling their training data. A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

Testing of mobile phones for compliance with exposure limits, termed the specific absorption rate (SAR) with
units of watts per kilogram, is conducted under conservative conditions, such as maximum power, with a
phantom that is representative of both adults and children1. The SAR result from such testing is included in
phone manuals and accessible from websites2. The relevance of SAR to purchase decisions was investigated
previously and the authors reported that provision of SAR information did not increase perceived risk and that
consumers evaluated SAR not on a threshold basis but as an indicator of relative risk3.
In our survey of 4,852 mobile phone users from nine countries (Australia, Brazil, Chile, France, Germany,
India, Japan, Switzerland and the USA) we assessed understanding of SAR; the importance of SAR
information to purchase decisions and expectations of availability of SAR information. We also assessed
knowledge of measures that individuals can take to control their exposures. We found that concern about
possible health risks from using mobile phones was generally low across all markets but with substantial
variation. In purchase decisions, SAR rated lowest of 21 pre-defined factors with the most important being
factors related to network quality, phone experience and cost. The most commonly identified ways to reduce
exposure were to use a personal hands-free kit (66%) and make fewer calls (57%).
We conclude that there is generally a low level of concern about possible health risks and widespread
misunderstanding of SAR. Websites and manufacturer manuals are the preferred locations for SAR
information and can be accompanied by explanatory information for consumers.
