Physical affection from loved ones such as hugging a partner can decrease stress by increasing oxytocin, a stress-reducing hormone. Couples with positive relationships have the highest oxytocin levels, and the hormone is also released through affection between other loved ones like children and pets. Initiating physical contact several times a day with a partner through hugging, holding hands, and sitting close can reduce stress as can getting a massage due to the power of intimate touch.

The promotion cost $250k and had no media spend. It was successful because HP built relationships with influencers and gave them control over custom marketing materials.
