Mr. Jim Hopper
President
Stanford Management Institute,
Berlin, Germany.
Dear Mr. Hopper:
I would like to bring to your kind attention that our foundation has undertaken a mission to educate the girl child. Women have
been bound under patriarchal norms for centuries, and it is, therefore, our wish to do what we can to change this hegemonic
system. We believe that an educated girl can create a bright future for herself and the country. We would like to spread this
message to rural families. The 2010 census states that 73% girls are not being sent to school beyond the age of 10.
We would be very grateful to you if you could send some volunteers on a weekly basis to help us make this a success. We hope
to get a positive response from you.
Thank you.
Sincerely yours,
Patricia Thomas
Chancellor at Support a Girl Child Foundation

Attempted to follow the format required by showcasing each part of the correspondence chosen and evidently observes the properties of a well-written text, but with major corrections. October 15, 2019 Mr. Jim Hopper President Stanford Management Institute, Berlin, Germany. Dear Mr. Hopper: I would like to bring to your kind attention that our foundation has undertaken a mission to educate the girl child. Women have been bound under patriarchal norms for centuries, and it is, therefore, our wish to do what we can to change this hegemonic system. We believe that an educated girl can create a bright future for herself and the country. We would like to spread this message to rural families. The 2010 census states that 73% girls are not being sent to school beyond the age of 10. We would be very grateful to you if you could send some volunteers on a weekly basis to help us make this a success. We hope to get a positive response from you. Thank you. Sincerely yours, Patricia Thomas Chancellor at Support a Girl Child Foundation
