Manage a team of credit officers with responsibility for workflow issues, training, human
resource management and the career development of direct reporting staff.
Establish and implement effective communication strategies towards improvement and
awareness of quality/communication issues, across all departments, through regular upward
and downward communication.
Accountable for adherence to credit policies, ensuring applications are approved under the
appropriate Delegated Lending Authorities for Iden Group’s core product range of mortgage
and leasing products.
Liaise, service and manage a large diverse network of introducers, funders, mortgage
insurers and other stakeholders.
Report and manage staff performance, measured against Key Performance Indicators.
Attend external sales meetings, personal development days, mortgage industry functions
and conferences.
