Responsible for producing as required and the checking of any solicitor produced
commercial facility documentation as well as any ad hoc CCA regulated lending,
ensuring these meet Metro Bank and regulatory requirements.
Instructing and liaising with panel valuers and solicitors post sanction through to
drawdown.
Responsible for assigned cases working diligently and effectively through to drawdown
whilst maintaining strong levels of internal stakeholder engagement.
Coordinate transactional support including liaison with Credit, Relationship Teams and
