By doing so, the governments are playing a key role in achieving health equity and increasing the quality of life for everyone. Government and private insurance agencies should ensure access to health services is guaranteed to the public. Lack of adequate insurance coverage among the minority groups makes it difficult for them to get appropriate health care due to financial constraints and large medical bills. Studies in this area should include the various aspects of access to health care services such as services, coverage, timeliness and workforce.
