5.  Nuclear energy is converted into electrical energy.
 Uranium or Thorium are subjected to nuclear fission in
a special apparatus.
 Huge amount of electrical energy can be produced from
small amount of nuclear fuel.
 1 kg Uranium = 4500 tons high grade coal
