Robert Mackert has over 8 years of experience in networking and communications. He graduated from DeVry University in 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in Network and Communications Management. His technical skills include experience with Microsoft products, Cisco VoIP configuration, Cisco switching, and over 3 years of call center experience. He has worked as a Network Engineer at Walgreens Corporation where he converted their store locations to Cisco VoIP. Previously, he worked at Get + Netrix in their Network Operations Center performing monitoring, troubleshooting of routers, switches and servers as well as Cisco VoIP configurations. He also interned at Peapod Corporation where he installed networking equipment in their data center.
