serve as a senior team member by providing guidance , mentorship and knowledge for
Network Operation Engineers, control NOC duty assignments and manage the NOC’s
compliance and actively communicate with the management team members.

Responsible for network infrastructure maintenance and support, server troubleshooting and
maintenance, fault isolation of network major outages and escalate incidents to network
operations group.
