This is a rare opportunity to meet local area social workers, discharge planners and case
managers. Attendees are interested in learning what services are available for their elderly
patients. You will meet established and potential clients and referrals in a friendly and
receptive atmosphere where you will be able to talk to them individually to tell them about
your company, products, points of difference and services.
Must bring both a door prize valued at $25 or more and a food or beverage item (see registration form).
Deadline to register is Wednesday, November 23, 2011 – It’s first come, first serve, so if you wait too long
to mail in your registration form and $40.00 entry fee, you may not get in. Space is limited. No walk-ins
on the day of the event! (Please make checks payable to Senior Resource Guide of LA, LLC.)
Set-up begins promptly at 4:30pm. You must check-in at the registration table before setting-up.
On the day of the event, just bring collaterals. NO free-standing or table-top displays! You are
encouraged to bring your own tablecloth. Chairs and table will be provided.
Once the Vendor Fair begins, attendees will visit your booth, at which time you will give your spiel, and
then put your initials next to your company name on their sign-off sheet.
