In a case of a team member being ill, imminent rescheduling will take place. On occasion there may be unforeseen circumstances in which the actor or a team member is unable to make a shoot due to clashes with other events. To prevent this, face to face communication will be maintained to ensure the reliability of the actors. The weather forecast will be checked regularly on a day to day basis and to ensure that it will be appropriate for a relevant scene. Weather such as heavy wind will affect the sound on the camera, therefore interfering with the timing in specific shots when editing.

Although this is predominantly the fault of the actor, it is the team members’ fault for choosing an unreliable poor actor. This will be prevented by choosing actors who are performing arts students or are themselves in a band. The default lighting in the studio may not be adequate for the style we are aiming for. This will be prevented by securing all wires to walls as the studio can be quite hazardous.
