companies and also have experience in setting up a new business and turning it in to a profitable
business. Having worked in the financial service industry through various peaks and troughs, I am very
adept in managing changing circumstances with excellent organisational and problem solving skills. I
am an enthusiastic and committed individual and am heavily experienced in dealing with individual
and business clients. I am a team player.
I am an excellent communicator, re-enforced by a ‘can-do’ attitude. I am known for my ability to work

May 2010 – Present Foreign Exchange Trading (FOREX)
Buy-to-let property portfolio management
In order to manage and increase my buy-to-let property portfolio, I took the decision to take a sabbatical
from my financial services business. I also used this opportunity to build on my experience of FOREX
trading and qualified as FOREX trader with the Online Trading Academy.
April 2002 – April 2010 Temoor Financial Services Managing Director
I set up my own brokerage, Temoor Financial Services, advising clients on Mortgage, Life and General
Insurance products. I developed the business as a sole trader into a two-branch operation with 10 staff
members. At its peak, the company had over 800 clients including those with single and larger property
portfolios.
Some of the key successes during this period to highlight include growing the business into becoming not
just a product advisory but also a Mortgage Packager for five of the UK’s biggest mortgage providers in
2007. In 2005 Temoor Financial services was awarded the Best Insurance Broker of the year by Pink.
February 1992 - March 2002 Allied Dunbar Financial Consultant
Working for one of the UK’s largest financial services provider, I have extensive experience in client
financial services management. Beginning my career at as a Trainee Financial Advisor and working my way
through to a fully qualified Financial Services Consultant. During this period, I completed all relevant
qualifications that enabled me to advise on all key financial services products including Mortgages,
Pensions, Life and General Insurance.

I have wide ranging experience of planning and delivering proactive financial solutions to clients to help
deliver their strategic objectives. I have extensive experience of delivering training seminars, having trained
to becoming a product advisor for Allied Dunbar. During this period I went through a detailed training
programme in order to lead and manage training workshops for brokers across the country. This role also
involved me acting as a mentor, and building a solid training regime for new advisors.
