1. RICE WITH MILK

2. INGREDIENTS
A litre of milk 100 gr of rice
2 branches of
cinnamon
A lemon 20gr of butter o margarine Cinnamon

3. utensils
● You need a pot , a
wooden spoon , a
knife , a bowl

4. 1st step
● Put the milk into a pot to cook over
a medium heat. Add some suga,
the cover of lemon and the braches
of cinnamon till it boils

5. 2nd step
● Meanwhile wash the
rice well whith cold
water.Add the rice
to the pot when it's
boiling and low the
fire

6. 3rd step
● Mix the ingredients
for an hour together
gently with a
spoon. When it gets
little milk turn the
fire off

7. 4th step
● Remove the cover
of lemon and the
branches of
cinnamon. Add the
margarine remove
till it melts.

8. 5th step
● Leave it to get a
good temperature
then decorate with
some cinnamon and
it is just ready to
serve
