This document proposes creating a universal social network to unite and coordinate volunteers in a city. It would provide common tools for volunteering and reward volunteers with "Good Deeds points" that can be exchanged for prizes from partner organizations. The goals are to make volunteering easy, fun and rewarding to solve humanitarian issues, promote social responsibility and build a more sustainable world through increased civic engagement and mutual assistance.

2. RHCP’s Idea PROBLEM People in Russia have no common easy-to-use tools for volunteering, while social alimentation becomes a real humanitarian disaster. The vital energy of well-intentioned young people is wasted just because they don't know how to act. It is time to say: "Stop!" VISION Our mission is to create universal social network uniting all volunteers in the city by providing them common ground for action. Within this project, we are working on a system of social, material and emotional rewarding for doing good things. Our motto is simple: "Be Kind With Fun In Mind" IMPACT ON THE FUTURE Web-coordination of philanthropy, using modern media to promote new social lifestyle and attracting thousands of Internet users into volunteering with fun is the right way to solve number of humanitarian problems in exact city. IMPACT ON SUSTAINABILITY One thing is indisputable: rise of civil consciousness, mutual readiness to help and involvement of different people in a common joy are the key features of sustainable world. They are what our project stands for.

How It Works Step 1 We invite organizations (cafes, clubs) to join program of directing their clients voluntary donations to charity foundations; Step 2 Those clients, who donated, receive so called Good Deeds points to exchanged for prizes, discounts, etс in organizations of a network; Step 3 Active full-time volunteers also receive Good Deeds point to spend on free entertainment in the city; Step 4 Online social network is launched to coordinate efforts of volunteers, charity funds and business. This will be the place where people can help each other,plan events and distribute their donations; Step 5 We start media campaign to show the joy and fun of philanthropy. Now site is used to launch social events; arrange feasts, competitions and games; manage cultural life of volunteers; promote socially responsible lifestyle. Step 6 Free sharing of our technologies and programs with other cities.

5. The main thing is that people should feel that they will do good things from themselves, but not from some organization. This idea will work great. It will be more convenient to send money for charity from all over the world without going to the bank or other places. This project can attract attention of the youth to the weakest points in society and make solve them. The most important aspect here is the system of control. The idea will work very well if the system of control is thought over. Involvement of more new young people in such organizations can change the status quo.
