1. Financial perspective. Goals might include such things as “meet shareholder’s expectations” or “double our corporate value in seven years.” Measures might include return on capital, net cash flow, and earnings growth.

This study evaluated the effect of Human Resource Accounting on Firm’s value A study of selected firm’s quoted on the Nigerian stock exchange. The study adopted ex post facto research design. The population of the study was 116 firms categorized as non financial services sector. Purposive sampling technique was used and 76 firms were considered which had secondary data information that covered a period of 10years from 2010 2020. The regression analysis hypothesis testing was done with the aid of linear structural relations LISREL 8.80 student edition. Data were sourced from annual reports and accounts and Nigerian stock exchange fact book 2020. Finding using market value measures for firm performance showed that Staff Training and Development cost has no significant positive effect on PEPS and Tobin’s Q of the quoted non–financial service firms. Increment in number of staff has no significant positive effect on PEPS and Tobin’s Q of quoted non–financial service firms . The study concluded that Human Resource Accounting affects corporate performance of non financial service firms quoted on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. It is therefore recommended among others, that staff training and development has to be a regular program both on the job and off the job tailored towards filling the identified skills and attitude gaps in the company. The purpose of this paper is to systematically review the literature on the influential
factors of internal audit effectiveness and articulate these factors in a conceptual
model. A systematic literature review (SLR) is conducted to identify the influential
factors of internal audit effectiveness; relevant studies are reviewed between the
period January 1999 and March 2022 through a lens focused on the key factors of
internal audit effectiveness. In addition, our review took into consideration what is
mentioned in The International Professional Practices Framework for Internal
Auditing (IPPF). Five factors of internal audit effectiveness and their dimensions are
identified and comprised into a conceptual model, these factors are internal audit
organizational characteristics, internal.

This study evaluated the effect of Human Resource Accounting on Firm’s value A study of selected firm’s quoted on the Nigerian stock exchange. The study adopted ex post facto research design. The population of the study was 116 firms categorized as non financial services sector. Purposive sampling technique was used and 76 firms were considered which had secondary data information that covered a period of 10years from 2010 2020. The regression analysis hypothesis testing was done with the aid of linear structural relations LISREL 8.80 student edition. Data were sourced from annual reports and accounts and Nigerian stock exchange fact book 2020. Finding using market value measures for firm performance showed that Staff Training and Development cost has no significant positive effect on PEPS and Tobin’s Q of the quoted non–financial service firms. Increment in number of staff has no significant positive effect on PEPS and Tobin’s Q of quoted non–financial service firms . The study concluded that Human Resource Accounting affects corporate performance of non financial service firms quoted on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. It is therefore recommended among others, that staff training and development has to be a regular program both on the job and off the job tailored towards filling the identified skills and attitude gaps in the company. - 2. • Reviews of studies on Value Added Analysis The term “Value Added” means the excess of turnover plus income from services over the cost of bought-in goods and services. • Value Added may be known as the wealth created by the company from its operation. • Value Added has been defined by Corporate Report as “the wealth, the reporting activity has been able to create by its own and its employee’s efforts. John Sizer (1987) from his book “An Insight into Management Accounting”, says that “Value Added is the wealth, the company has been able to create by its own and its employee’s efforts during a period.”
- 3. • According to Richard Lewis et al, from their book “Advance Financial Accounting” says that “value of the goods or services produced by the team, i.e., sales revenue less the value of the goods and services purchased from outsiders i.e., the cost of bought-in-materials and services.” Value Added is an important measure to judge the efficiency of an enterprise.
- 4. • Studies at National Level B.S. Yogesha, Dr. B. Mahadevappa (2014) in his paper, Analysis of Value Added Ratios of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, have analyzed Value Added ratios of a public sector undertaking in India. He has selected Indian Oil Corporation Ltd as Sample Company for the study. Value Added ratios were calculated on the basis of eight year’s audited financial statements. This paper grasped attention on the helpfulness of the Value Added ratios to the company in measuring the productivity and efficiency of an organization. Davada, R. H., (2012) in his article Social Performance through Value Added Reporting – An Empirical Study of Reliance Industries Ltd, has focused on the meaningfulness of Value Added in measuring the corporate performance. The result showed that the conventional measures based on traditional financial accounting and can be particularly useful for employees‟ oriented approach, which will be a more fruitful discussion with employees and can be especially useful in productivity arrangements
