- 1. Task 8– Review My strengths Throughout the whole assignment I have seen certain strengths when completing my tasks, first I would like to point that main strength so far that I have seen is my time management as I have followed my schedule and seem to have kept up to track without work piling up around when I am closing nearer to the assignment’s deadline, secondly I have seem to have a knack for presenting my work via PowerPoint presentation very well which allows for my work to be accessed very easily, and if I had problems with blogger which I did very recently all my work will not be lost as I upload them all to slideshare, which is as very good backup if anything were to happen to my work on blogger. Next I would say that when I was given the assignment of designing a robot sidekick I was able to quickly come up with a range of ideas of what the robot could do in terms of abilities and what the appearance will look like, this also allowed me to progress far more quickly into the assignment I had already planned out what the sidekick will do, I done this by making a moodboard with all the abilities of the robot and made a presentation of a few images that would help me develop my robot into a basic sketch. Now onto my actual strengths with the programs I used to make my robot sidekick which in this case was modeller and I did have a slow start with the tutorials but after I got my head around the tools I was able to make a decent looking robot but I do think I could of done some improvements towards If I were additional time towards my robot but as I wanted to keep up with my schedule I moved onto the other tasks, I was able to use this tool efficiently and was able to make decent looking models in a short space of time which helped me greatly when it came to managing my time,

My Weaknesses Now onto my weaknesses, I think that making my sketches to abit of time draw out as I had to piece together what I wanted my robot to look like, but as I had a range of images to get ideas from I was able to get past that small hurdle and I created to sketches which overall I seemed to be pleased with, but I do think I should of made a few more sketches to show my understanding of coming up with ideas and being creative. I also think that my production was quite basic as it had 2-3 images with abit of description, so I could have improved on that by adding abit more detail. Secondly I think my weakness was writing up lots describing on what I did in my production log and my strengths and weaknesses in my project chartermy main strength is when I’m doing the design process and allows my creativity to take the reins, but I do believe that in the end I have been able to follow through in terms with writing up description about my project charter and my production log.I also think that I should of look abit more at the assignments so I could improve on any of my tasks, however I still think I done an above average job with the full assignment as I did look at the assignment brief but not on a daily basis which I should have really followed through with that. Overall If I were to do this assignment again I would planned out all my tasks beforehand as it would of give me a better understanding of what I was doing earlier into the assignment which would of allowed me to have finished my work earlier and I could of improved on anything I thought was necessary to re- iterate on any of those tasks.
