3. I found that Photoshop was a good program to use for the photos for my magazine. At first I found it quite hard to use but by asking my teacher and other students I quickly picked up on what to do. I found that it was really good for making my photos look more professional. 4. I also found that you could change the lighting using Photoshop. I did this on my front cover photo to show my models more clearly. I felt that this made my photo stand out more.It was also good because you can cut out your photos from the background. I also used Photoshop to touch up the photos like remove the writing off one of the girls hands. This makes it more professional. It was also good that you can make new layers. This means that if you get anything wrong you can go back to the original image and start again.Although I did like using Photoshop I did also find it quite difficult to use. It was hard to find out everything that I could use on there and the effects that I could use. I also found that you have to have a lot of time and concentration. You need to be accurate when cutting out and photos and images.

5. InDesign

6. I found that InDesign was quite easy to use once I got used to it. It was good for producing a professional looking magazine. One of the features that really helped was creating columns. This meant that I could set out my interview in a professional looking way. Also the fact that you can preview your work help a lot. This was good because every time I changed it I could preview it. It show me exactly what it would look like. I used this a lot to get my magazine just right.

7. I did find at first that InDesign was quite hard to use. It took a bit of time for me to get used to what each button does and how to use it. Once I knew what I was doing I could get on with my magazine quick and easily.

8. Mac Computers

9. At first I found Mac computers really hard to use. This is because I haven’t used one before and was so used to using PCs. It took me some time to get used to using one. I found that the programmes that I used on the Mac were professional and help me create a professional looking product.

10. I also found that a Mac computers keyboard and mouse were different to use. Features like right clicking to copy and paste were unavailable. To do this on a Mac took more time and could be done quick and easily.Time was wasted trying to learn how to work the Mac computers.
