Review for Tears of a Tiger
                                         Freshmen Comp

Directions: Split into groups of two or three (depending on the number of people within the
class) and get four questions from the test. After answering the questions with your partner(s),
switch papers with another group and check their answers to see if it is right. Then present the
other groups work to the class explaining whether each question is right or wrong. Hand out the
full sheet with all of the questions on it and tell students to write down the answer as it is being
presented. Go over all answers as a class. All of these questions will be on the test and students
will not be allowed to use their notes during the test.


Time:
Answering four questions assigned to the group: 15 – 20 minutes
Checking the other group’s answers: 7 – 10 minutes
Presenting the other group’s work & recording answers: 15 - 20 minutes

Review For Tears Of A Tiger

  • 1. Review for Tears of a Tiger Freshmen Comp Directions: Split into groups of two or three (depending on the number of people within the class) and get four questions from the test. After answering the questions with your partner(s), switch papers with another group and check their answers to see if it is right. Then present the other groups work to the class explaining whether each question is right or wrong. Hand out the full sheet with all of the questions on it and tell students to write down the answer as it is being presented. Go over all answers as a class. All of these questions will be on the test and students will not be allowed to use their notes during the test. Time: Answering four questions assigned to the group: 15 – 20 minutes Checking the other group’s answers: 7 – 10 minutes Presenting the other group’s work & recording answers: 15 - 20 minutes
