There is a growing demand for management professionals in India to support the country's fast-growing economy. However, many MBA programs are struggling to fill seats, with over 20% of seats going vacant in 2010. While the number of students taking admission tests continues to rise, signaling strong interest in management education, there appears to be a mismatch between student interests and the programs available.
