Apple Inc is one of the largest manufacturers of the electronic goods like Desktops, Laptops, IPhone’s IPod’s etc.
Below are the details of the projects worked for this account:
• Apple Production Support - APS is an IS&T services group that provides round the clock support to IS&T Applications.
• IS&T hosts and manages various applications that supports Apple's business functions such as Engineering, Finance, Sales,
Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management, HR Systems etc.
• These Applications undergo multiple upgrades and enhancements throughout its life based on business and technical needs.
• After its implementation and warranty report, the respective development teams transition the application to APS for ongoing
steady state support. Apple uses an internal tool to manage the complete support workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing tasks such as:
• Resolving all types of issues created under Finance, Data Warehouse and Global Business Intelligence (GBI) in the client
maintained tool. Maintenance/Monitoring of applications (client as well as web based) and database servers, Autosys jobs and
taking corrective actions.
• Handling the tickets and providing the resolution for the same on the basis of their priorities.
• Coordinating with the customer and various departments to ensure the queries/request/enquiries of the customer are resolved.
• Raising and implementing of the Change Requests (CRs), Service requests (SR) and Post change requests weekly and also
based on the requirement.
• Resolving the issue raised, due to the job failure in different applications.
• Maintaining current and historical version of source code using subversion tools such as SVN and CVS
• Handling a team of 8 members and assigning/ monitoring their day-to-day task.

• Multiple monitoring systems in AML does decision on every sales event come in which is send by multiple projects across
Apple.
• Based on the decision made by the system, transactions will be accepted or rejected.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing tasks such as:
• Performing jar deployments across multiple prod servers using the deployment tools saltstack.
• Performing Linux OS upgrade on IT, UAT,QA and Prod systems based on the requirement.
