WORK EXPERIENCE:
1. Working as Sr. Mac Specialist at Milestones Inc. (Experis IT services) for UBER
India Systems from Oct 2015 to till date.
Job Responsibilities:
 Setting up New office with All inventory and coordinating with Vendors with Quick
work flow.
 Giving support to all over EMEA/APAC user’s
 Working on Deprovision Tools like Facebook Admin, Casper Admin, Pager duty
etc.
 Handling the BPO process and solving the issue
 Giving Support to MAPS team on their tools like Polaris, Sirius and VE domain
OU.
 Adding to Domain Windows Pc’s and adding users to Active directory to related
OU’s.
 Using JIRA ticketing tool for solving the issue’s of user’s.
 Creating images for Mac OS X for re-install
 Handling Windows environment too.
 Implementing Mac OS X workstations and iPad’s for VC’s
 Connecting to Casper Suite for enrollment, updates of group policies and self
service programs
 Installation and troubleshooting Mac Minis, iPad’s, iPhone’s and all other
smartphones.
 Giving support for Video conference using with Zoom app
 Using Google tools like One Login, Duo, GPanel, Jira Ticketing tool.
 Using Backup’s of user’s with Crash Plan Pro tool for safer backup.
 And giving support thru chat i.e. hip chat and slack which we use for quick
solution.
 Maintaining Inventory and all other stuff.
 Basic troubleshooting of Network issues
 Configuration Network printers for user’s.
 Updating the patches for Mac OS X with Casper Suite.
 Providing support thru remote for all over users (Remote apps like team viewer,
Microsoft Remote desktop)
 Installing, Configuring and troubleshooting of email services like MS Outlook
2007 & 2010, 2013, Mac mail, Mac Outlook, Smartphone’s, iPhone & iPad.
 Logging the calls for hardware problems and coordinating with Vendors to
resolve the issue.
2. Working as a Mac Specialist at HP for Dr reddy’s Lab from March 2015 to Sept 2015.
Job Responsibilities:
 Giving support to VIP user’s
 Implementing Mac OS X Server (doing testing with OS X Server Application)
 Installation and Troubleshooting of OS (Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7,
Windows 8 & 8.1, Windows 10(Trail), Ubuntu, Mac OS X) problems.
 Adding to Domain of Client place & Proxy setting for accessing Internet
