PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Facilities Management – Provide on-site, weekly facilities management, which includes iSeries
operations support, Infor XA support, security, backups, MS Query, printing, data file transfers,
general PC support, monitoring helpdesk requests and resolution of user issues.
Staffing Support – Provide professional experience for customers on short-term assignments in
payroll, accounts payable, and IT due to employee absence, layoff or termination. Provide year-end
payroll / W2 processing support for customers over the past 15 years.
Software Maintenance – Successfully implemented over ten new XA customer installs. Successfully
upgraded thirty customers from a lower Infor XA releases to current XA Release 9. Including eight
customers with multiple sites in and out of Michigan. Expert resource for maintaining and applying
incremental XA PCM and XA Powerlink client updates. Additional experience installing IBM iseries
access for windows, ISE paperless, and TLASHFORD bar code software.
Training – Specializing in training for Infor XA Cross Applications, backups and security; iSeries
backups and security; iSeries Query, XA Payroll and Accounts Payable. Created training presentations,
user documentation, training materials, and SOP's providing value for customers. The ultimate goal
of training was to help users master various skills, acquire knowledge, gain confidence, and increase
their value to their employers.

IT Support – After staff was laid off or terminated, successful in reducing hours needed in that
department and in some cases able to eliminate the need to replace the position, saving the
company thousands of dollars a year.
Printing costs reductions – Designed new form overlays to allow printing on laser printers, as a result
replaced the existing pre-printed, multiple copy forms, such as invoices, purchase orders, shippers,
bill of lading, saving the company hundreds of dollars in printing expenses.
Received Hometown Hero 2014 award from WCSG Cornerstone Radio – Recognized for volunteer
work with Youth For Christ visiting girls inside the Kent County Juvenile Detention Center. Mentoring
hundreds of hurting girls when they are released, using time and resources to help meet the needs
of dozens of girls and their families.

VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE
Youth For Christ Juvenile Justice Ministries – Dec 2009 - Current. Unpaid Staff (Volunteer) in the
Kent County Juvenile Detention Center. Weekly visits, ministering on the two girls units. Bible Studies,
That includes visual lessons and a craft that creates the desire to listen and learn. One on one mentoring
with the girls during lock up and when the girls are released or to a residential placement or foster care.
Interaction with detention staff and participation in required training. Close contact with each girls probation
officer and parent(s). Attend all mandatory and non-mandatory training required by Youth For Christ.
Pathway of Hope (Residential Placement for Girls) – March 2011 - August 2014. Aftercare Follow Up
Worker(Volunteer). Duties included on site visits with residents who were place at Pathway Of Hope by the
court to build and establish relationships, attending staff meeting, attending all court hearings. Once they
returned home, regular follow up visits were required, followed by a brief write up to their case workers.
Follow up visits might include church, youth groups, a meal together or community service project.
Pregnancy Resource Center – May 1999 - May 2009. Started out with duties that included phone support
getting clients signed in and get them connected to a crisis pregnancy counselor. In 2001,
took the required training to move into the position of crisis pregnancy counselor. Duties also included
24 hour weekend phone support calls from clients seeking pregnancy and abortion information. Listening,
Praying with them and encouraging them to come into the PRC and sitting with a counselor before
making any decisions.
