Logic using GE Proficy development software, tuning of ladder based function block PID

 Responsibilities involved correcting P&ID's for as builts for gas plant instrumentation.

 Responsibilities were answering break calls and Pm's on AWT's and associated guage settings.
 Pm's involved creating a AWT schedule for all wells at a particular guage setting schedule through
Intellution iFix to check leakby and functionality on steam and flowback valves, and through AWT
and main pipeline manifolds.

 Returned to Trident Seafoods SandPoint but concentrated on electrical maintenance, troubleshooting
and repair, work as a process engineerfor production lines, streamlined ladder programs,
instrumentation,and automation,installed HMI's and touch screen computers and performed additional
SCADA programming to integrate into existing systems in an effort to transform controls in a more
operatorfriendly and add transparency.
 Also oversawand helped periodically on capital projects over the years where my commercial and
industrial construction experience was utilized.
 Projects ranged from bunkhouse and warehouse buildings to factory modifications that I was also
involved in from beginning design phases as process engineerthrough to construction and
programming and final operation and continual improvement to increase overall uptime and product
recovery.
 Troubleshooting and maintaining of the same 5MW diesel fire power plant for site electrical needs as
stated below, involved installing a SCR on one of the 3512's which I performed the install and s etup
myself, including the urea concentration and mixing and dosing parameters which resulting in a clean,
effective and non fouling operation.
 Also maintained our fleet or local fishing vessels and tenders by providing any electrical maintenance
and troubleshooting needs including but not limited to shipboard generators,rswsystems,sonar,radar,
gps,autopilots and all associated instrumentation and hardware and software..

duties in constructing fourcrude oil pumping stations for Plains Marketing, formerly Enron Oil
